Othello conducts telephone interviews with hotel guests worldwide to document their degree of satisfaction with a recent hotel stay. Typically, we perform this service for independent hotels or hotel chains as third party operator which guarantees independent and unbiased results. Clients receive regular reports in a custom-designed format. Mostly, they include a written part for specific feedback and an analytical part where guest satisfaction is expressed in numbers to allow month-to-month and hotel-to-hotel comparisons.

Thanks to our dedicated team of telephone operators and Othello's understanding of the hotel world, we can conduct these interviews in a discrete, professional and genuinely friendly manner. This results in a high response rate.
